摘要
采用电化学法对钻井废水COD去除进行了研究。结果表明,电化学能有效的去除钻井废水中CMC产生的COD。钻井废水COD大小与随着CMC浓度增大而增大。去除效果则随CMC浓度的增大而降低.在CMC为250~600 mg/L时,调节合适的电化学处理参数,处理后出水COD基本能满足GB8978-1996的一级排放标准,去除1 mg/L COD电能消耗随CMC浓度增大而减小;电化学处理高浓度CMC(4000 mg/L)钻井废水,COD去除率可达97.3%,COD去除效果明显。电化学法适宜用来去除钻井废水中CMC带来的COD,主要通过电解絮凝和电解气浮去除COD。
COD(chemical oxygen demand) removal of drilling wastewater was studied by electrochemical treatment method. The results showed that electrochemical treatment can effectively remove COD from CMC in drilling wastewater.COD size of the drilling wastewater increased with the increase of CMC concentration. The COD removal efficiency reduced with the increase of concentration of CMC. When CMC concentration was from 250 mg/L to 600 mg/L,the effluent COD can meet the primary discharge standard of GB8978-1996 level by adjusting the appropriate parameters of electrochemical treatment,the power consumption to remove 1 mg/L COD decreased with increasing concentration of CMC. Using electrochemical treatment in high concentration CMC(4000 mg/L) drilling wastewater,COD removal rate can reach 97. 3% and COD removal was obvious. The electrochemical method was suitable for removing COD from CMC in drilling wastewater,mainly using electrolytic flocculation and electrolytic discharge to remove COD.
