摘要
剩余寿命估计是保障设备安全性和可靠性的关键技术。由于压力容器超龄服役在国内普遍存在,因此如何确定其剩余寿命是一个至关重要的问题。分析了超龄服役压力容器可能存在的损伤机理,并提出针对此类压力容器的基于设计参数、基于运行数据和操作历程以及基于试验和现场检验的三级剩余寿命估计方法。通过此方法可给出压力容器的剩余安全服役时间,以便更好地去指导检验,并为压力容器检验周期的制定提供科学依据。
The evaluation of remaining life is key technique to ensure safety and reliability for equipment. Because overage service pressure vessels are widespread in China,so how to evaluate these pressure vessels remaining life is important. The potential damage mechanism about overage service pressure vessels was analyzed,and the three-stage evaluation methods of remaining life for these pressure vessels included design parameters based,operational data and history based,testing and inspection based were proposed. The remaining safe-service life for these pressure vessels were given by use of the methods,so as to conduct inspection activities preferably and provide scientific basis for the inspection interval of these pressure vessels.
