摘要 380万吨/年石脑油加氢装置生产加氢精制石脑油,为轻烃回收单元提供原料,进而为连续重整装置提供合格的精制石脑油原料。装置每次检维修后的开工过程中,反应产物在两路高压换热器中,多次发生偏流现象,严重时其中一路完全走不通。影响装置开工进度,导致上下游多套装置生产波动,影响全公司平稳运行。本文通过对偏流生成原因分析,提出安全合理的解决方法,从根本上解决偏流问题,提高装置安全平稳运行能力。 Hydrorefined naphtha was produced by 3800000 t/year naphtha hydrogenation unit to provide raw materials for light hydrocarbon recovery units,and further provide qualified refined naphtha raw materials for continuous reforming units. In the installation process after each inspection,the reaction product showed bias current problem in two high-pressure heat exchangers,one of the two ways completely disappeared when the problem was serious. The problem affected the progress,the production of several sets of devices in the upstream and downstream was fluctuating,which affected the stable operation of the whole company. Through the cause analysis of the bias current problem,a safe and reasonable solution was proposed,which solved the problem and improved the safe and smooth operation capability of the device.
