基于智慧校园的涂料生产综合实训教学改革研究

Teaching Reform and Research on Comprehensive Training of Coating Production for Polytechnic Based on Intelligent Campus

《涂料生产综合实训》是本校应用化工技术专业的最后一门专业课程,包括了涂料配方设计、涂料生产、涂料调色、涂料检测以及涂装技术等课程内容。根据智慧校园平台和企业技术进步的情况,在实训教学内容、实训教学手段、实训教学过程、推送信息制作、实训教学监控、实训考核与评价等方面对《涂料生产应用实训》课程进行改革与实践。改革实训内容,强调实训内容与企业发展的结合,提升学生综合素质。

Comprehensive Training of Coating Production is the last major course of Applied Chemical Engineering major,it includes coating formula design,coating production,coating color modulation,coating testing and coating application. According to the intelligent campus and technology development of coating companies,a series of course reformation and constructions for Comprehensive Training of Coating Production were performed including teaching content,training teaching method,training teaching process,push-information fabrication,training teaching monitoring,training teaching testing and estimation. The new content was innovated with the reform and combination of training content and development of coating companies. The practice revealed that it improved students' comprehensive ability.
