Practice and Reflection of Novice Teachers' Application of Multimedia in Organic Chemistry Teaching

多媒体技术是当今课堂教学的重要方法和手段。针对工作不满三年的新手教师在教学中遇到的困难和教学经验匮乏等问题,结合新手教师和有机化学课程的特点,以完善课堂教学结构、激发学生学习兴趣以及提高学生学习效率为目标,从教学内容的掌控、课堂教学效果的提高和教学风格的形成等三个方面,探讨多媒体技术在有机化学教学中的重要性,以及对新手教师教学风格形成的帮助。

Multimedia technology is an important method and means in classroom teaching. Novice teachers who have been working for less than three years often have difficulties and lack of experience in teaching. In order to perfect the classroom teaching structure,stimulate students' learning interest and improve students' learning efficiency,the importance of multimedia technology in classroom teaching based on the characteristics of novice teachers and Organic Chemistry was discussed,including the mastery of classroom content,the improvement of teaching effect and the formation of teaching style.
