摘要
2017年7月27日凌晨,黄河干流龙门站发生了黄河2017年第1号洪水,洪峰流量6 010 m^3/s。洪水向下游演进过程中,在小北干流合阳河段发生了罕见的"揭河底"现象;小浪底水库在高水位对接情况下,成功塑造出异重流并通过排沙洞部分出库。在对这场洪水雨水情概况,河道水沙特点、洪水演进、小北干流"揭河底"现象,河道冲淤变化,洪水调度及异重流塑造,河势、工情、险情及灾情等进行简要介绍的基础上,全面分析了该次洪水的特点及洪水调度情况,提出了对当前黄河洪水及其调度工作的认识和建议。
In the early morning on July 27,2 0 1 7,the No.1 flood of Yellow River was for^ned at Longmen Hydrology Station which is on the main stream of the river, with the maximum flood peak of 6 010 m3/ s . During flood routing to the downstream,a rare “ bottom tearing scour” phenomenon occurred at Heyang reach in the north main stream. Under the condition of connecting with the high water level, Xiaolangdi Reseroir successfully formed the density current and partially drained out of the reseroir through the sediment tunnel. Based on a brief introduc-tion of water and rainfall regime of the flood,characteristics of water and sediment of the channel, flood routing,the bottom tearing scour in the north main stream,the variation of channel erosion and deposition,the flood dispatching,the density current forming,the river regime, the engineering,dangerous and disaster situations,the author proposed his knowledge and suggestions on the current Yellow River flood and its regulation.
