摘要
在对黄河2017年1号洪水调度的水库边界条件、河道起始边界条件进行初步分析的基础上,提出该次洪水调度指导思想、调度目标和调度方案,较全面地分析总结了采用的先进信息技术手段、干流骨干水库联合调度过程和效果。该次洪水调度实现了水库减淤、小浪底水库汛限水位动态控制试验顺利进行、下游防洪安全和洪水资源化利用等多重目标。
The flood dispatching guidance,objective and scheme were proposed by analyzing the river and reservoir boundary conditions of the first flood of the Yellow River in 2017. The advanced information technology, the process and effect of the reservoirs joint operation of the main stream were analyzed and summarized. The multiple objective of the deposition reduction,the dynamic control on limit water level of Xiaolangdi Reservoir,the security of flood control of the downstream and the utilization of flood resources were achieved in this flood regulation process.
