摘要
水域纳污能力是指水体在设计水文条件和规定的环境目标下所能容纳的最大污染物量,是施行区域污染物总量控制的主要依据。以辽宁省辽阳市下属水功能区为研究对象,通过构建一维水质模型,对区域内2010—2014年5种主要污染物纳污能力的年际变化进行分析比较,为地区水环境治理提供科学依据。研究表明:研究区域对CODCr的纳污能力最大;除TN外,其他4种污染指标纳污能力呈逐年下降趋势;此外,比较最近一年区域污染物实际排放数据与水域纳污能力计算结果可知,辽阳市下辖功能区NH_3-N、TN及TP的排放量已超过总的纳污能力,相关部门在制定污染物总量控制方案过程中,应侧重于对这3种污染指标排放量的限制。
Water environment capacity is the largest amount of pollutant which can be contained by the rivers under specific conditions. Its value is one of the key factors to make plans for controlling the discharge of pollutants. Selected water function zones of Liaoyang as the research area,the water environment capacity in the period from 2010 to 2014 and its annual variation were numerically studied by using oneimensional water quality model. It is found that the area has the maximum capacity for CODrr among all the pollutants. Additionally,except TN,the capacity of the other four pollutants show the decreasing trend during the period in this study. What ’ s more,when comparing the pollutants discharge in the last year with the calculation results,it shows that the discharge of NH3-N , TN and TP have surpassed the water environment capacity. So the relevant departments should pay more attention to restricting the discharge of them when making plans for total mass control of water pollutants.
