南水北调配套工程巡检管理系统研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 南水北调中线工程通水以来,配套工程担负着承上启下的输水任务,长效的巡检机制是保障配套工程安全运行的必要条件。常规人工记录的巡检方式不仅人为因素多、管理成本高,而且监督考核难、易错报、漏报、突发情况响应慢、巡检信息利用难。综合利用全球卫星定位系统、地理信息系统、移动互联网等技术手段,采用B/S、M/S相结合的体系架构,设计研发了集移动巡检仪、后台管理端、问题推送端于一体的多端应用框架,将巡检工作流程和内容形成信息流,用技术代替人工和经验,做到巡检有计划、过程有监督、事后有分析、处理可追踪,最终实现巡视检查智能化、数字化和管理流程规范化。 Since South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project has officially supplied water,the supporting projects charge with the task of delivering water,long-term patrol inspection mechanism is to ensure the safe operation of supporting the necessary conditions. The routine manual recording of the patrol inspection method is not only the existence of human factors,high management costs,and supervision and assessment difficult,easy to misstatement,omission, sudden response slowly,difficult to use inspection information. The system integrated the GPS/GIS/Mobile internet and other technical means to B/S , M/S combined with the system architecture,designed and developed a mobile inspection device,the background management s ide,the problem push side in one multi-end application framework,the inspection process and content to form information flow, with technology instead of labor and experience,so there were plans for routing inspection,the process was supervised,after the analysis,processing could be tracked,and ultimately intelligent,digital inspection and standardized management process.
