摘要
本试验通过在肉鸡日粮中添加不同比例的葡萄糖酸(GA),探讨其对肉鸡抗氧化性能及脂质代谢等指标的影响。选取1日龄罗斯308肉仔鸡540只,随机分为6个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复15只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ~Ⅵ组在基础日粮中分别添加0.08%、0.15%、0.20%、0.30%和0.40%葡萄糖酸。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,0.15%~0.40%添加组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量分别提高26.09%、28.96%、30.99%、28.37%,均达显著水平(P<0.05),0.20%添加组丙二醛(MDA)含量降低24.00%(P<0.05);0.15%、0.20%和0.40%添加组血清总胆固醇分别降低9.48%、9.39%、9.42%,高密度脂蛋白与低密度脂蛋白的比值分别提高24.07%、23.55%、24.20%,均达显著水平(P<0.05),0.15%添加组甘油三酯含量显著降低16.06%(P<0.05);0.15%和0.40%添加组高密度脂蛋白含量分别提高17.85%、17.50%(P<0.05);低密度脂蛋白含量呈下降趋势,但未达到显著水平(P>0.05);0.15%~0.30%添加组血清Ig G含量分别显著提高9.20%、10.40%、9.73%,均达显著水平(P<0.05);42 d时,0.15%和0.20%添加组血清总蛋白和球蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05);白蛋白含量呈上升趋势,但未达到显著水平(P>0.05),0.15%添加组血清尿素氮含量降低15.56%(P<0.05)。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of gluconic acid (GA) on antioxidant ability, lipid metabolism of broilers.A total of 540 one day old Rose 308 birds were randomly assigned into 6 groups with 6 replications of 15 birds each.The control group was fed basal diet, treatment group II-VI were fed basal diet added 0. 0 8 %,0.15%, 0.20%,0.30% and 0.40%GA.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group, the addition of 0.15% ? 0.40% GA significantly increased the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) by 26.09%,28.96%,30.99%,28.37% (P 〈 0.05),the addition of 0.20% GA significantly decreased the malonaldehyde (MDA) by 24.00% (P 〈 0.05) ; the addition of 0.15%,0.20% and 0.40%GA significantly decreased the serum total cholesterol (TC) by 9.48%,9.39%,9.42% (P 〈 0.05) and increased H/L by 24.07%,23.55%,24.20%(P 〈 0.05) , the addition of 0.15% GA significantly decreased the serum triglyceride (TG) by 16.06%(P 〈 0.05) , the addition of 0.15% and 0.40% GA significantly increased the serum high density lipoprotein(HDL) by 17.85%,17.50%(P 〈 0.05) , birds fed GA had the trend of decreasing the serum low density lipoprotein (LDL) (P 〉 0.05) ;the addition of 0.15% ?0.30% GA significantly increased the concentration of serum IgG by 9.20%, 10.40%,9.73%(P 〈 0.05).In 42 day broiler, the addition of 0.15% and 0.20% GA significantly increased the serum total protoin(TP) and globulin(GLOB) content(P 〈 0.05);there were no significant effect on serum albumin(ALB) content(P 〉 0.05) ;the addition of 0.15% GA significantly decreased the serum urea nitrogen(BUN) by 15.56%(P 〈 0.05).
