摘要
本文对某款排量为3L的国Ⅴ皮卡柴油机的增压器选型进行了台架试验。试验所选的两种增压器型号分别为GT17 A/R0.3和GT15 A/R 0.3,选型试验结果表明:柴油机与两种增压器匹配后的外特性性能相当,但选择三个特征点进行NEDC工况试验中,发现GT17 A/R0.3增压器的排放特性和油耗特性均优于GT15 A/R0.3,从而选择GT17 A/R 0.3的增压器进行排放试验确认,NEDC工况试验结果表明GT17 A/R 0.3循环油耗更低,且能够满足NEDC排放要求。
In this paper, the turbocharger type selection and bench test of a diesel engine with a output volume of 3 L are studied in depth. The two turbocharger models selected are GT17 A/R 0.3 and GT15 A/R 0.3, test results show that: the performance of the diesel engine after matching the two turbocharger models is equivalent, and then select GT17 A/R 0.3 turbocharger for emission test. NEDC test data show that oil consumption of the diesel engine matched GT17 A/R 0.3 is lower, and can meet the NEDC emission requirements.
