摘要 表面肌电信号(SEMG)是一种伴随肌肉活动出现的微弱生物电信号,易受到外界环境及其他信号的干扰。针对SEMG的特点,设计了一种基于单片机的表面肌电信号采集系统,该系统集传感、调理、采集、显示为一体,通过拾电电极拾取微弱SEMG,经前置放大电路、调理电路处理后送入单片机进行数据采集,并最终在上位机实时显示。实验证明该采集系统能有效地提取20-500Hz的SEMG,并能较好地抑制50Hz工频干扰,为日后表面肌电信号在临床诊断及康复工程等方面的应用提供可靠的数据基础。 Surface electromyography(SEMG) is a faint bioelectricity signal with muscle activities. It is easy to be interfered by the external environment and other signals. According to the characteristics of SEMG, this paper proposes an acquisition system of surface electromyography based on micro controller. This system integrates the sensing, conditioning, acquisition and display as a whole. The experimental results show that this system can easily pick up SEMG signal between 20-500 Hz and restrain the interference with 50 Hz. And this system provides reliable data for the future application of SEMG in clinical diagnosis rehabilitation engineering etc.
