采用高端超声相控阵技术,即使用定制的双矩阵、双线阵探头,结合现成的超声相控阵仪器和界面友好的相应软件对耐蚀合金复合管环焊缝进行检测,可确保耐蚀合金复合管的完好性。
The inspection method of the resulting dissimilar girth weld of the corrosion resistant alloys (CRA) clad pipes using an accessible advanced ultrasonic phased array technology (PAUT)is introduced, including use of customizable dual matrix and dual linear array search units combined with off-the-shelf ul- trasonic phased array instruments and related friendly software, contributing thereby to the improved in- tegrity of CRA-clad pipes. The presented techniques have a special value to the petrochemical industry.
