摘要
针对壳体铝锂合金/防热层粘接结构质量检测,采用仿真分析计算了在防热层复合材料与铝锂合金粘接质量检测时的超声相位变化规律。超声相位检测法被证实有效并在实际应用检测中获得了良好的检测效果,检测灵敏度达到Φ5mm,有效解决了壳体防热层粘接质量无损检测的难题。
According lo the Al/Li alloy and heat-shield shell bonding quality, the ultrasonic phase sinals changing rules of bonding structure were researched by sirnulalion analysis. The ultrasonic phase tesring technology was proved available and got better applied effect in testing. TheφSmm testing sensitivity was realized and the difficulty of testing heat -shield shell bonding quality was solved.
