摘要
通过对比分析膨胀梗粒和传统梗丝的化学成分,得出膨胀梗粒和传统梗丝在常规化学成分方面变化不明显。有机酸含量、香味成分含量高于传统梗丝,还原糖、总糖含量降低明显,分别达到14.21%,27.56%。膨胀梗粒香味成分总含量为23.13%,传统梗丝香味成分总含量为22.89%,膨胀梗粒香味成分总含量高于传统梗丝香味成分总含量,膨胀梗粒的香气值有所提升,对卷烟香气贡献较大的吡嗪类化合物、大马酮类、巨豆三烯酮类和二氢猕猴桃内酯类等化合物的含量都高于传统梗丝;而吡啶甲醛类物质的含量则较传统梗丝有所下降,这些物质对烟气的协调性有较大的影响。
By comparing the differences of chemical composition between the dilated and the traditional stem,the changes of the granulosa and the traditional stem were not obvious in the conventional chemical composition. The contents of organic acids and aroma components were higher than those of conventional stem silk,reducing sugar and total sugar content,which were14.21% and 27.56%, respectively. The total content of fragrant flavor components was 23.13%. The total content of aroma components 22.89%. The total content of aroma components in the stems was higher than that in the conventional silk,and the aroma value of the cultivated grains increased. The content of pyrazine compounds such as pyrazine compounds,big ketones,megalosporins and diacrylates were higher than those of conventional stem fibers,and the content of pyridine formaldehyde was higher. The stem silk has declined,these substances had a greater impact on the coordination of flue gas.
