摘要
目前因市场需要和消费者的喜好,果蔬汁饮料逐渐在饮料行业中占据一席之地。主要归纳了消费者对果蔬汁的需求现状、种类特征,以及果蔬汁的工艺研发、品质评价和现状,并对发展趋势进行了展望。
At present,the fruit and vegetable juice drinks have a place in the beverage industry because of the market demand and consumer preference. This paper summarized the present situation of consumer demand for fruit and vegetable juice and the characteristics of species,fruit and vegetable juice processing were introduced,and the present situation and problems of research and development,quality evaluation and the existing problems and development prospects of fruit juice.
