联系实际生产提高“果蔬加工学”的教学效果

Enhancing the Teaching Effect of Processing Fruits and Vegetables by Contacting the Actual Producing Process

摘要 针对目前"果蔬加工学"教学效果的现状,以问题解决方法为指导思想,提出了从课堂教学、实验教学和教学实习3个环节都要密切联系实际生产,改革现在的教学内容,增强学生的主动性与创造性,提高"果蔬加工学"的教学效果。为企业培养了合格的加工技术人才,提高了加工经济效益,促进了我国果蔬加工产业快速发展,同时也完成高等学校的历史使命。 In this paper the guiding ideology was method of problem resolving aimed at the present teaching effect of Processing of Fruits and Vegetables. The method was to contact actual producing process intimately in classroom,experiment,and practice three teaching processes. The present teaching content was innovated,the initiative and creativity of the students was increased,and the teaching effect of Processing of Fruits and Vegetables were improved. It cultivated eligible technical processing personnel for the company,raised the economic benefit of food processing, accelerated the industrial development of fruits and vegetables processing,and fulfilled the historic mission of the universities.
