摘要 为进一步提高"食品添加剂"课程的教学质量,提高学生学习兴趣,采用案例教学法的教学效果表明,案例教学法能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,同时有效地促进师生互动,也有利于教师业务能力的提升。 In order to further improve the teaching quality of the food additives and to improve students' interest in learning,the author in the food additive course took case teaching method in recent year. Teaching results showed that the case teaching in this course could stimulate students' interest in learning,and also improved the students' ability to analyze and solve problems. At the same time, the case teaching can effectively promoted the interaction between teachers and students, but also benefited to the raise of teacher's professional ability.
