摘要
大功率LED灯具发热量大,且热量若不能及时散出将对灯具发光效率和寿命造成严重影响。而目前对大功率LED灯具单纯采取降温措施,大量热量被排放至空气中,能量浪费巨大。对此本文提出将斯特林发动机技术应用于大功率LED灯具上的方案,利用斯特林发动机回收利用LED灯的余热,提高灯具整体的能量利用率。该新型灯具不需额外耗能来降低结温温度,能有效提高LED的效率并延长灯具的使用寿命。
The high-power LED lighting brings large amount of heat, and heat will cause serious impact to the luminous efficiency and lifetime of LED. Currently the high-power LED lighting simple measures to cool down, causing large amount of energy discharged into the air and wasting lots of energy. This paper proposes the solution of applicating the Stirling engine in the high-power LED lighting, which could improve energy utilization by utilizing Stirling engine recycling wasted heat. This new lighting does not need addition energy to cool the LED junction, can promote the efficiency of LED and lengthen the service life of lightings.
