摘要
为解决装配中机翼壁板装配定位的问题,本文开发了一种用于基于机翼壁板装配的自动翻转托架实现机翼壁板自动装配定位;通过对调姿机构的方案对比和机构分析,确定了调姿机构驱动方案;完成了系统的三维建模设计;并通过动力学仿真软件ADAMS对模型进行了运动学仿真,验证了机构设计的合理性。
To solve the problem of wing panel positioning in the assembly, the paper developed an automatic flip bracket for the automatic assembly positioning of the wing panels based on wing panel assembly. By the contrast of the program and analysis of pose adjust machine, drive program of pose adjust machine was determined, three-dimensional model design was completed, kinematics simulation was done by dynamic simulation software ADAMS, and it verified the rationality of the machine design.
