摘要
针对TBD620V12柴油机排气温度高的原因进行分析,分析表明:柴油机齿轮系双联传动齿轮的"零位"发生错位,与正常的双联齿轮的"零位"偏差三个齿,从而引起配气相位和喷油提前角发生变化,导致柴油机排气温度高。
This paper analyzes the reason of high exhaust temperature of TBD620V12 diesel engine, and the analysis shows that the "zero" of double gear of diesel gear train is dislocated and deviates from the "zero" of normal double gear by three teeth, causing gas phase and injection advance angle changes, thus resulting in high temperature diesel exhaust.
