摘要 本文以某举升装置货物托架为研究对象,基于ANSYS软件对其进行了优化设计。通过建立优化设计模型,仿真分析了结构参数对托架体积的影响,优化出货物托架的最佳结构参数。仿真结果表明:优化后的货物托架在体积和强度方面均得到了改善,为货物托架的结构设计奠定了基础。 The cargo bracket of a lifting device is taken as the research object, and optimized based on the ANSYS software. Through the establishment of optimization design model,the influence of structural parameters on the volume of the bracket is analyzed, andthe best structural parameters of the cargo bracket is simulated. The simulation results show that the optimized cargo bracket is improved in terms of volume and strength, which lays a foundation for the structural design of the cargo bracket.
