摘要 本文研究了离心压缩机隔板精加工工艺方法,分别从图纸分析,加工工艺方案的编制,特殊刀具的选型,关键部位的数控编程这几个方面,阐述了隔板的整个加工过程。由于该型号隔板由四个半缸装配而成,较两半缸装配加工有一定难度,尤其工艺流程的设计至关重要,本文编程环节使用西门子840D数控系统,提供了一种使用R参数代替系统中G41和G42代码的加工方法,并用于实际加工,效果良好。 This paper studies the finishing process of centrifugal compressor diaphragm, respectively from the analysis of the drawings,preparation processing scheme, selection of special tools, NC programming of the key parts of these aspects, expounds the whole process of the partition. This type of diaphragm is made up of four parts, which is more difficult than the processing and assembly of two parts, so the design of the process is very important. In this paper, SIEMENS 840D CNC system is used in programming, which provides a method of using R parameters instead of G41 and G42 code in the system, and is used in actual processing, and the effect is good.
