再制造起动机总成毛坯占再制造起动机成本的50%左右,也是决定再制造率的主要因素,是再制造起动机的核心原料。由于现有再制造起动机总成毛坯的检验规范不适用于国内的旧总成件检验,因此对该检验规范进行了修订。通过对再制造率的跟踪,验证了该检验规范的实施效果。
