摘要
制备了直径在26.9~52.6μm区间的乙氧基镁颗粒,考察了搅拌速率以及二氧化硅、癸烷、戊五醇对乙氧基镁载体颗粒形态的影响。研究发现,在制备乙氧基镁载体的过程中加入适量的二氧化硅、癸烷和交联剂戊五醇,可以提高烷氧基镁颗粒的机械性能、堆密度、流动性。
The Ziegler-Natta catalyst supported by magnesium ethoxide for olefin coordination polymerization has excellent performance.Magnesium ethoxide carrier has important influence on the properties of the catalyst.In this work,magnesium ethoxide carrier was synthesized with the size of 26.9 micron to 52.6 microns in diameter.the effect of silica,decane and adonitol on the mechanical properties of the magnesium ethoxide carrier,including the size distribution,the morphology,the bulk density and the flowability,was investigated.As well as the influence of stirring speed on the mechanical properties of the carrier was researched in detail.
