SSBR2557-TH耐磨耗性分析及改进措施

Analysis on abrasion resistance of SSBR 2557-TH and taking measures for improving abrasion resistance

摘要 利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱(1 H-NMR)及凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等对比评价了溶聚丁苯橡胶2557-TH与国外对比胶A的基本性能,分析出了2557-TH耐磨性能低的主要原因,提出了2557-TH耐磨性的改进措施,此措施经过连续聚合模式和二次工业试生产的验证,产品达到了国外产品A的耐磨耗水平。 The fundamental properties of SSBR 2557-TH and foreign product A were compared by FTIR,~1 H-NMR and GPC measurements.Based on the comparison,the abrasion resistance evaluation was carried out.Results showed that the abrasion resistance of SSBR 2557-TH is lower than A.We analyzed and found out some main cause,and put out the measures to improve the abrasion resistance of SSBR2557-TH.Taking these measures,we obtained qualified product by polymerization experiment and industrial trial production.The abrasion resistance of obtained product reached the same level of A.
