Pax-2蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of Pax-2 Protein in Endometrial Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

目的探讨配对盒子基因(Pax-2)在子宫内膜癌中的表达情况和临床意义。方法收集2016年5月-2017年5月正常增生期子宫内膜组织,子宫内膜上皮内瘤变和子宫内膜癌石蜡标本各36例,采用免疫组化法检测患者的Pax-2表达,总结Pax-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达意义。结果 Pax-2在正常增生期子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜上皮内瘤变和子宫内膜癌的正常表达率分别为94.44%、38.89%和5.56%,正常增生期子宫内膜组织的Pax-2表达率比子宫内膜上皮内瘤变和子宫内膜癌的表达率更高,子宫内膜上皮内瘤变的Pax-2表达率比子宫内膜癌的表达率更高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Pax-2在正常子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜上皮内瘤变和子宫内膜癌中的表达逐渐减低,Pax-2对子宫内膜癌的诊断具有重要的辅助价值,临床可以推广使用。

Objective to evaluate the expression of Pax-2 protein in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The endometrial tissues in the normal proliferative stage were collected from May 2016 to May 2017. The endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia and endometrial cancer paraffin specimens were 36 cases,respectively.The expression of Pax-2 in the above specimen was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The normal expression rates of Pax-2 protein in normal proliferative endometrium,endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia and endometrial carcinoma were 94.44%,38.89% and 5.56%,respectively.The expression rate of Pax-2 protein in normal proliferative endometrium was higher than that of endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia and endometrial carcinoma.The expression rate of Pax-2 protein in endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia was higher than that of endometrial carcinoma and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P0.05）. Conclusion The expression of Pax-2 protein in normal endometrium,endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia and endometrial carcinoma gradually decreased.The Pax-2 protein has important auxiliary value in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer. It can be widely used clinically.
