摘要 智能封堵器管内外双向通信系统是封堵器实现智能化的关键。为了解决封堵器通信系统的通信难题,打破国外技术封锁,以ELF电磁波为通信载体,完成了智能封堵器管内外双向通信系统总体结构设计,并结合自行设计的智能封堵器样机,完成了通信码和整个通信系统管内外通信实现流程的设计。同时模拟智能封堵器真实作业过程搭建了试验平台。试验结果表明:所设计的智能封堵器管内外双向通信系统可以很好地实现对智能封堵器的通信,通信距离沿管线方向达到4.8 m,满足实际作业要求;ELF电磁信号的衰减与接收距离的三次方成反比,20 Hz的ELF电磁信号穿透能力比30 Hz的ELF电磁信号穿透能力强。所得结论可为智能封堵器管内外双向通信系统的设计和优化提供参考。 The bidirectional communication system of smart plug is the key to realize the intelligentization of plug. In order to address the communication problem of plug communication system, and to break the foreign tech-nology blockade, taking ELF electromagnetic wave as the communication carrier, the overall structure of the cross- pipe bidirectional communication system for smart plug has been designed. Based on the self-designed smart plug prototype, the communication code and the communication process of the entire communication system have been designed. An experimental platform has been built by simulating smart plug operation process. The experimental re-sults show that the designed bidirectional communication system of the smart plug can realize the communication of the smart plug, and the communication distance is 4. 8 m along the pipeline, which meet the actual operation re-quirements. The attenuation of the ELF electromagnetic signal is inversely proportional to the third power of the re-ceiving distance. The penetration capability of 20 Hz ELF electromagnetic signal is greater than that of the 30 Hz ELF electromagnetic signal. The conclusion can provide references for the design and optimization of the bidirec-tional communication system of the smart plug.
