北京市通州区2006-2016年5岁以下儿童死亡情况

Death of children under 5 years old in Tongzhou District of Beijing from 2006 to 2016

目的了解和掌握北京市通州区5岁以下儿童年龄别死亡率及主要死因的变化趋势,为制定降低儿童死亡率相关措施提供依据。方法以2006-2016年通州区5岁以下儿童生命监测资料进行统计分析。结果 2006-2016年期间北京市通州区新生儿死亡率为1.95‰,婴儿死亡率为2.93‰,5岁以下儿童死亡率为3.66‰。早产或低出生体重、先天性心脏病、出生窒息和先天异常等是造成5岁以下儿童死亡的主要死因。结论 2006-2016年期间北京市通州区5岁以下儿童各年龄别死亡率呈总体下降趋势;提高孕期质量、做好孕期保健,推广并加强新生儿窒息复苏技术是降低通州区5岁以下儿童死亡的重要措施。

Objective To understand and grasp the change trend of age-specific mortality rate and the main causes of death in children under 5 years old in Tongzhou District of Beijing, provide a basis for formulation of measures to reduce child mortality. Methods The data of life monitoring of children under 5 years old in Tongzhou District from 2006 to 2016 was analyzed statistically. Results From 2006 to 2016 in Tongzhou District of Beijing, neonatal mortality was 1.95%0, infant mortality was 2. 93%0, the mortality of children under 5 years old was 3.66%0. The main reasons of death of children under 5 years old included premature birth or low birth weight, congenital heart disease, birth asphyxia, and congenital anomalies. Conclusion From 2006 to 2016 in Tongzhou District of Beijing, the mortality of children under 5 years old showed an overall downward trend; improving the quality during pregnancy, accomplishing prenatal care, promoting and strengthening neonatal resuscitation technology are important measures to reduce mortality of children under 5 years old in Tongzhou District.
