团队居家服务心理指导改善更年期妇女抑郁症心理状况的效果

Improvement effect of team home service psychological guidance on menopausal depression

目的调查团队居家服务对更年期妇女抑郁症心理指导的效果。方法将接受团队居家服务的60例更年期妇女抑郁症患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,给予常规心理指导的30例患者作为对照组,给予团队居家服务心理指导的30例患者作为观察组,比较两组患者抑郁症的舒缓疗效。结果治疗前两组患者抑郁情况无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者抑郁情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者健康宣教疗效显著优于对照组,对照组患者有效率为60.00%,明显低于观察组患者有效率93.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予患者团队居家服务可以有效改善更年期患者抑郁症情况。

Objective To survey the effect of team home service psychological guidance on menopausal depression. Methods Sixty menopausal women with depression receiving team home serviee were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 menopausal women in control group were treated by conventional psychological guidance, and 30 menopausal women in observation group were treated by team home serviee psychological guidance. The effects in the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in depression status between the two groups （P〉0. 05） . After treatment, depression status in observation group was statistically significantly better than that in control group （P〈0. 05） . The effect of health education in observation group was significantly better than that in control group. The effective rate in control group was 60. 00% , which was statistically significantly lower than that in observation group （93, 33% ） （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion Team home service can effectively improve menopausal depression.
