摘要
为满足现代通信和雷达系统对发射功率的要求,文中设计了一种X波段高功率二路合成放大器。为了解决因单个功率器件功率低导致系统输出功率低的问题,选取大功率、高效率Ga N器件,通过采取微带功率合成的方法,将两个功率器件进行合成,达到了输出高功率的目的,研制出了X波段高功率放大器。实测放大器的工作频率9.0~9.54GHz,脉冲输出功率450 W,整机合成效率25%,驻波1.2。
In onder to meet tlie requirements of modem communication and radar system for transmitting power,an X - band high power t*wo - way synthesis amplifier is designed. In onder to solve the problem that tlie power output of tlie single power device is low,the high power and high Cficiency GaN devices are selected. By taking the micros-trip power synthesis method,the two power devices are synthesized to achieve the purpose of outputting high power,and the X - band high power amplifier is designed. A power amplifier at the frequency 9. 0 ?9. 54 GHz with 400Wpulse wave,25% Cficiency,1 .2 standing wave is designed at last.
