摘要
结合越南沿海三期项目压缩空气系统调试过程出现的频繁加载、卸载问题,通过分析空压机和干燥机的工作原理,同时对比越南汪秘项目的压缩空气系统,取消了空压机出口的逆止门,增加反补气管路,解决了相关问题。同时也为电站项目压缩空气系统设计提出了一些合理化建议。
As the frequently loading and unloading problem appears when commissioning of the compressed air system in Vietnam Duyen Hai 3 project. Analyzing the working principle of the air compressor and dryer, at the same time, contrast with Vietnam UongBi project compressed air system, cancel the air compressor outlet non-return valve, increase a reverse supplement pipe, solved the related problems. At the same time put forward some reasonable suggestions for the power plant project compressed air system design.
