天津市战略性新兴产业与区域创新耦合发展研究——京津冀协同发展的视角共享机制研究

Study on Coupling Development of Emerging Industries of Strategic Importance and Regional Innovation in Tianjin:From the View of Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

战略性新兴产业与区域创新耦合发展程度决定了战略性新兴产业发展的动力、质量和速度。构建战略性新兴产业发展水平和区域创新系统评价指标体系,运用功效函数建立耦合协调度模型,对天津市2009-2015年战略性新兴产业发展水平和区域创新耦合协调度进行测算,得出结论:天津市战略性新兴产业与区域创新耦合处于过渡阶段。对测算结果进行分析之后,提出优化战略性新兴产业发展的对策。

The coupling development of emerging industries of strategic importance and regional innovation determines the power, quality and speed of emerging industries of strategic importance. In this paper, an evaluation index system in respect of the development level of emerging industries of strategic importance and regional innovation is established and the effect function is used for establishment of the coupling coordination degree model, so as to calculate coupling coordination degree between innovation of emerging industries of strategic importance and regional innovation in Tianjin from 2009 to 2015. The results show that the coupling of innovation of Tianjin emerging industries of strategic importance and regional innovation is in the transitional period. Based on analysis of the results, countermeasures for optimized development of emerging industries of strategic importance are put forward.
