摘要 目的探讨高压氧治疗对大鼠创伤性脑损伤后Nogo-A及NgR表达的影响。方法选取SPF级SD大鼠100只,利用Feeney自由落体撞击法制成急性中度创伤性脑损伤模型,将模型随机分为治疗组(n=20)和损伤组(n=80)。损伤组不做特殊处理、治疗组建模成功后进行高压氧治疗。观察两组大鼠创伤后第1、3、5、7、10天时间段内大鼠脑内Nogo-A及NgR的表达差异。结果治疗组、损伤组大鼠均在创伤后第3天的Nogo-A及NgR表达最高,治疗组大鼠的Nogo-A及NgR的表达在创伤后第1、3、5、7、10天的Nogo-A及NgR表达均低于损伤组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高压氧治疗对下调Nogo-A及NgR表达是促进中枢神经再生的机制之一。 Objective To investigate the influence of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the expression of Nogo-A and NgR after traumatic brain injury in rats.Methods One hundred SD rats (SPF grade) were selected and established as acute moderate traumatic brain injury models using Feeney's method.The models were randomly divided into treatment group (n=20) and injury group (n=80).In the injury group,no special treatment was applied,while in the treatment group,hyper- baric oxygen was adopted after successful modeling.The differences in the expression of Nogo-A and NgR in rats 1,3,5,7 and 10 days after the trauma of rats in two groups were observed.Results The expression of Nogo-A and NgR were highest in the third day after trauma in both the treatment and injury groups.The Nogo-A and NgR expression in the treatment group were all lower than those in the injury group 1,3,5,7 and 10 days after the trauma,and the differ- ences were statistically significant (P〈0.01).Conclusion Down-regulation of Nogo-A and NgR expression by hyperbaric oxygen is one of the mechanisms of promoting central nerve regeneration.
