去氧孕烯炔雌醇片与甲羟孕酮治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果对比

Clinical effect comparison of Desogestrel and Ethlinylestradiol Tablets and Medroxyprogesterone in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇片与甲羟孕酮治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果,为临床治疗药物选择提供科学依据。方法选择2015年3月~2017年3月在我院采用甲羟孕酮治疗的青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者52例作为本次研究对照组,另取同期在我院采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗的52例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者作为本次研究观察组,将两种不同方法治疗所取得的临床疗效作以比较。结果观察组总有效率为98.0%明显高于对照组82.7%(χ~2=6.172,P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗后观察组患者内膜厚度、经期、经量改善效果优势显著(t=3.168,t=32.413,t=11.607,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为9.6%,明显低于对照组(32.7%)(χ2=17.146,P<0.05)。结论青春期功能失调性子宫出血采用去氧孕炔雌醇片与甲羟孕酮治疗均能获得一定疗效,但相较之下前者治疗效果更佳,不良反应发生率相对较低,临床应用安全性可靠,非常值得在临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of Desogestrel and Ethlinylestradiol Tablets and Medroxyproges- terone in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in order to provide a scientific basis for the drug choice of clinical treatment.Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,52 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uter- ine bleeding treated by Medroxyprogesterone in our hospital were selected into control group.Meanwhile,52 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated by Desogestrel and Ethlinylestradiol Tablets in our hospital were classified into observation group.The clinical effect by the two different methods was compared.Results The total effec- tiveness rate was 98.0% in the observation group,much higher than that in the control group accounting for 82.7% （X2= 6.172,P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the improvement of endometrial thickness,menstrual cycle,volume of menses after therapy was all more remarkable （t=3.168,t=32.413,t=1 1.607;P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.6%,much lower than that in the control group aceounting for 32.7% （X2=17.146,P〈0.05）.Con- clusion For adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding, both Desogestrel and Ethlinylestradiol Tablets and Medroxypro- gesterone can obtain a certain effect,and is better in the former which has a lower incidence of adverse reactions and a more reliable safety in clinical applieation after comparison.Desogestrel and Ethlinylestradiol tablets is worthy to be widely promoted in clinical application.
