早期联合应用氯吡格雷与丁苯酞软胶囊治疗脑梗死临床效果

Clinical efficacy of early combined application of Clopidogrel and Butyphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of cerebral infarction

目的分析早期联合应用氯吡格雷与丁苯酞软胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法选择2016年5月~2017年5月在我院收治的脑梗死患者90例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组45例。对照组患者确诊后予以常规治疗,包括神经保护、脱水降颅压、清除自由基、他汀类调脂等,联合应用氯吡格雷治疗。观察组患者在对照组基础之上早期联合应用氯吡格雷与丁苯酞软胶囊进行治疗。进行为期1个月随访,对比两组患者临床疗效、神经功能以及日常生活能力差异。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%(42/45),显著高于对照组的68.89%(31/45),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者NIHSS评分、ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);末次随访,观察组患者NIHSS评分为(6.3±1.2)分,显著低于对照组,ADL评分为(68.3±5.2)分,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期联合应用氯吡格雷与丁苯酞软胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床疗效确切,并对改善患者神经功能缺损程度,提高日常生活活动能力有积极作用,值得推广于临床实践。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of early combined application of Clopidogrel and Butylphthalide Soft Capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of random number table,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment after inclusion and confirmed diagnosis,including neuroprotection,dehydration for the reduction of intracranial pressure,elimination of free radicals,statin for lipid adjust- ment,ete,and Clopidogrel was used for combined application.The patients in the observation group were given early ap- plication of Clopidogrel combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules on the basis of the control group.The follow-up visit was for a one month.The differences of the clinical efficacy,neurological function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 93.33% （42/45） in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 68.89%（31/45）,and there was significant difference between the two groups,which was statistically significant （P〈0.OS）.There was no significant difference in NIHSS score and ADL score between the two groups before treatment,and it was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）;the NIHSS score was [（6.3±1.2）points] in the observation group in the last follow-up visit,which was significantly lower than that in the con- i trol group.ADL score was [（68.3±5.2）points],whieh was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the early combined application of Clopi- dogrel and Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of cerebral infarction is exact,and plays a positive role in im- proving the degree of neurological deficits in patients,and improving the ability of daily activities,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
