摘要
以边界层理论作为指导,探究换热管内插入扰流元件后的强化传热情况及能耗分析.实验开发了一种新型动态叶轮式扰流元件,探究叶轮个数对传热效果的影响,并与光滑空管作对比实验,考察扰流效果及换热情况.实验结果表明:新型动态叶轮式扰流元件具有较好的强化传热效果.
Based on the theory of boundary layer,this paper explores the enhanced heat transfer and energy consumption after the spoiler is inserted into the heat transfer tube. A new type of dynamic impeller spoiler is developed to explore the effect of the number of impellers on the heat transfer effect.The experiment is carried out to compare the effect of the spoiler and the heat transfer. The experimental results show that the new dynamic impeller spoiler has better heat transfer effect.
