分析了汽车用支架成形工艺,对该零件进行冲压工艺分析和有关工艺计算,确定合理的冲压工艺方案,设计了两套冲压模,对类似零件模具设计提供一定的参考作用.

The forming technology of automobile supporter was analyzed,and the stamping process analysis and process calculation were carried out,The stamping process scheme was determined and two sets of stamping die were designed to give some reference for compound die design of similar parts.
