摘要 产油微藻是极具潜力的生产生物柴油的原料.为了筛选出具有产油能力的微藻,从吉林市水样中分离出5株微藻,根据形态特点进行初步鉴定,并对它们的生长特性和产油性能进行比较.结果表明从污水处理装置中得到的藻株具有较好的产油能力,藻株Sq2和C02在自养条件下油脂产率分别为13.4mg/L·d和12.1 mg/L·d. Oleaginous microalgae is one of the most promising feedstocks for biodiesel. In order to screen microalgae that has the potential of oil production,five strains of microalgae were isolated from the water samples in Jilin city.Those microalgae were preliminarily identified by their morphological characteristics,then growth characteristics and lipid production capacity of those microalgae were compared.The results showed that microalgae from sewage treatment equipment had better oil producing capability,the lipid productivity of Sq2 and C02 were 13.4 mg/L·d and 12.1 mg/L·d respectively under autotrophic condition.
