浅谈《公共文化服务保障法》下县级公共图书馆的发展策略

Brief Discussion of the Development Strategy of the County Level Public Library under the “Public Cultural Service Guarantee Law”

针对出台的《中华人民共和国公共文化服务保障法》,分析了县级公共图书馆的现状,对县级公共图书馆如何贯彻利用《公共服务保障法》提升服务质量、优化阅读环境、开展阅读活动、提升服务效能等方面提出了一些建议。

This paper analyzes the current situation of county level public library by introducing the Public Cultural Service Guarantee Law of the People's Republic of China,and gives suggestions that how the county level public library implements and uses the Public Cultural Service Guarantee Law to promote the service quality,optimize the environment of reading,carry out reading activities,improve the service efficiency.
