Research and Practice of Librarian Team Construction under the Service Mode of “Big Circulation”——Taking the library of Jilin Animation Institute as an example

"大流通"服务模式代表了当前图书馆服务模式的发展趋势,传统的藏、借、阅一体化的借阅模式已不能适应读者需求的新变化。文章以吉林动画学院图书馆为例,论述了"大流通"服务模式的特点及实施的必要性,列举了在运行中存在的问题及应对措施,探讨了"大流通"模式下馆员队伍构建的原则及策略。

The "big circulation"service mode represents the development trend of the current libraries' service mode,and the traditional "collect,borrow and read"integrated lending mode has been unable to meet the new changes of readers' needs. This paper takes Jilin Animation College Library as an example,discusses the necessity and characteristics of the implementation of "large circulation"service mode,lists the existing problems and measures in operation,discusses the principles and strategies of librarian team construction under the "big circulation"mode.
