技术压力驱动下的图书馆员技术知识更新需求分析及建议

The Demand Analysis and Suggestions for Technical Knowledge Update of Librarians Driven by the Technology Pressure

技术环境的变化、服务环境和用户行为变化等给图书馆员带来较大的技术压力,但业界对非技术岗位馆员的技术培训并未跟上技术采纳的进程。通过问卷调研获取图书馆员新技术环境下技术知识更新的需求,并结合图书馆员技术压力研究数据,为新技术环境下的馆员培训提供建议。调研结果表明,馆员对新技术、新媒体知识培训的需求十分强烈,最受关注的培训内容为国内外图书馆新技术应用和发展趋势、图书馆工作中常用的软硬件,最受欢迎的培训形式是培训班和学术研讨、实地考察观摩和网络公开课。

With the rapid changing of technology environment,service environment and users' behavior,it brings great technology pressure for librarians,but the technical training of non-technical librarians has not kept pace with the technology adoption process. Through questionnaire investigation,obtains the librarians' technical knowledge renewal demand under the new technology environment,and connecting with the librarians' technology pressure research data,provides suggestions for librarians' training under the new technology environment. Research result shows that the librarians have a very strong demand for new technology,new media knowledge training,and the training content that attracts the most attention is domestic and foreign libraries' new technology application and development trend,the hardware and software which is commonly used in library work,and the most popular forms are training and academic research,field view and online courses.
