利用薇甘菊栽培平菇的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 薇甘菊作为严重影响农林业生产的恶性杂草,对其进行资源化利用相比单纯的防治根除能够产生更高的经济价值。利用薇甘菊进行平菇栽培试验以及对各配方的平菇营养物质进行分析,表明以薇甘菊作为基料的主要原料进行平菇栽培是可行的,基料配方一(5kg薇甘菊、2.5kg木屑、1kg麦麸、0.3kg石灰、0.2kg石膏粉、0.2kg普钙、0.01kg尿素)所产平菇与对照组(目前大规模栽培平菇所广泛使用的基料配方)所产平菇的营养成分差异不显著,但配方一平菇产量为118.07g,显著高于对照组的产量(61.78g)。 Mikania micrantha, as a type of devastating wild weed severely hindering agricultural and forestry pro- duction, would have higher economic output if it can be used as a kind of resource, than simply eradicating them. Through Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation experiment and analyzing the nutritious contents in Pleurotus ostreatus of different recipes, this research proved that using raw materials based on the substrate material of Mikania micrantha for cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus would be feasible. In addition, the produced Pleurotus ostreatus with the recipe of5kg Mikania micrantha, 2.5kg coarse and fine wood chips, lkg wheat bran, 0. 3kg lime, 0.2kg plaster, 0. 2kg SSP and 0. 01 kg urea did not show significant difference in nutritious contents from Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated through common substrate materials in the control group, while maintaining a significantly higher yield (118.07g) than recipes of common substrate materials (61.78g).
