榆生离褶伞生物学特性测定

摘要 该文对采自沈阳棋盘山油松林榆生离褶伞Lyophyllum ulmarium进行生物学特性和扩繁基质的研究,结果表明:榆生离褶伞菌丝最适生长温度在20~25℃,在pH值5~6的偏酸培养基上生长较好;10种供试碳源中,菌丝在蔗糖、麦芽糖为碳源的培养基上生长良好,能利用半乳糖,不能利用甘油、甘露醇;10种供试氮源中,菌丝在酵母汁、牛肉膏为氮源的培养基上生长最好,能够利用供试铵态氮,但对硝态氮利用不是很好;在腐熟木屑80%+麦麸20%上培养60 d能产生子实体原基。 A strain of Lyophyllum ulmarium was collected under Pinus tabulaeformis forest in the Qipan Mountain of Shenyang City and biological characteristics of the strain were studied. The results indicated: Lyophyllum ulmarium mycelium grew well between 20~25℃, and at pH value ranging from 5 to 6; sucrose and maltose were suitable carbon sources for mycelium growth, lactose and honey were not suitable carbon sources for mycelium growth. Lyophyllum ulmarium mycelium could make good use of organic nitrogen(yeast juice, nutrient broth, beef paste) and ammonium nitrogen, but could not use of nitrate nitrogen. Fruit body primordium occurred 60 d after the mycelium cultivated in substrate composed of rotten sawdust 80% + wheat bran 20%.
