益气散结方联合营养支持治疗食管癌术后疗效观察

Effect of Yiqi Sanjie recipe combining with nutritional support on quality patients with esophageal neoplasms

目的:观察益气散结方联合营养支持对食管癌术后患者疗效的影响。方法:采用随机临床对照研究方法,将80例患者分为两组,各40例。对照组采用肠内营养支持,治疗组在对照组基础治疗上加用益气散结方,通过生存质量评分(QOL)、卡氏功能状态评分(KPS)和血清营养指标三种疗效评定方法,比较两组治疗方法的疗效差异。结果:对照组在治疗14d能改善食管癌术后患者QOL、KPS评分(P<0.05),而治疗组能显著的改善食管癌术后患者QOL、KPS评分(P<0.05)。治疗组能明显改善患者血红蛋白(Hb)和红细胞(RBC)两项指标(P<0.05)。结论:益气散结方联合营养支持能有效的改善食管癌术后患者QOL、KPS评分和相关营养指标。

Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Sanjie recipe combining with nutritional support on the quality of life in patients with postoperative esophagus cancer.Methods:Using randomized controlled clinical trial method,80 patients were divided into control group(n=40)and treatment group(n=40).The control group was treated with nutritional support,the treatment group on the basis of treatment in the control group plus the Yiqi Sanjie recipe,by means of three methods for evaluating curative effect,Quality of Life(QOL)、Karnofsky(KPS)and nutritive index,compared with the curative effect of two groups.Results:The control group on the 14 days of treatment,the QOL、KPS with patients postoperative esophagus cancer could be improved(P <0.05).However,the treatment group can significantly improve QOL、KPS in patients with postoperative esophagus cancer(P<0.05).Comparison of the nutritive index,the treatment group can significantly improve Hb、RBC of nutritive index in patients with postoperative esophagus cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Sanjie recipe combining with nutritional support can effectively improve the patients with postoperative esophagus cancer QOL、KPS and relevant nutritive index.
