针灸联合康复训练对偏瘫早期患者下肢运动功能的疗效分析

Study on the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on lower limb motor function in patients with hemiplegia

目的:探讨针灸结合康复训练对偏瘫早期患者下肢运动功能的影响及临床疗效。方法:选取我院偏瘫早期患者80例,根据电脑生成的随机数字表将所有患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗及康复训练,治疗组在对照组的基础上结合针灸治疗,两组患者均以15d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。对两组患者Brunnstrom评分、FCA评分、FMA评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)及临床疗效进行比较分析。结果:治疗后治疗组Brunnstrom评分、FMA评分及FCA评分分别为(4.21±0.43)分、(9.07±1.02)分、(26.45±2.76)分;对照组分别为(3.25±0.36)分、(6.45±0.69)分、(18.26±1.90)分,相较于治疗前均有明显的提高(P<0.05)。治疗组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组ADL评分为(2.14±0.31)分,对照组为(5.12±0.62)分,相较于治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05),其中治疗组ADL评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗总有效率为95%高于对照组的70%(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合康复训练能有效缓解偏瘫早期患者痉挛,改善肢体运动功能,这可能与激发患者身体的刺激机制有关。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the motor function of lower limbs in early hemiplegic patients and its clinical effect.Methods:80 cases of early hemiplegia patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to computer generated random number table,each with a total of 40 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment and rehabilitation training,the experimental group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group,two groups of patients were treated with a course of 15 days,continuous treatment of 4 courses of treatment.After treatment,Brunnstrom score,FCA score,FMA score,activity of daily living(ADL)and clinical efficacy were compared between 2 groups.Results:After treatment,the experimental group Brunnstrom score,FMA score and FCA score were(4.21±0.43),(9.07±1.02),(26.45±2.76),the control group were(3.25±0.36),(6.45±0.69),(18.26±1.90),the experimental group scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment ADL score of experimental group was(2.14±0.31),control group(5.12±0.62),compared with before treatment were significantly lower(P<0.05).The experimental group ADL score lower than the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group total effective rate was 95%,significantly higher than the control group 70%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively relieve spasm and improve motor function of the limbs in patients with early hemiplegia.
