摘要
对小兴安岭宽叶蓝靛果、野生蓝靛果、蓝鸟、蓓蕾、野生笃斯5种宽叶蓝靛果果肉、果皮中的总糖、黄酮、单宁、SOD含量进行检测。结果表明,野生笃斯果皮中总糖含量最高达1.72mg/g;蓓蕾果皮中黄酮含量最高达1.88mg/g;野生蓝靛果果皮中单宁含量最高0.144mg/g;蓓蕾果肉中SOD含量最高达1903.921U/g。
The small Xingan mountain broad leaf of Lonicera edulis,wild,blue bird,bud,wild uliginosum five broad leaf and fruit peel of indigo fruit total sugar,flavonoids,tannin and SOD content were detected.The results showed that wild Benedict total sugar content in peel was up to 1.72 mg/g;bud peel flavonoids content up to 1.88 mg/g;the highest 0.14405 mg/g tannin content in the pericarp of local wild fruit bud;SOD content of up to 1903.921 U/g.
