时空变化对红景天苷积累调控研究

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法测定红景天苷含量,研究不同海拔、不同生长期条件下长鞭红景天红景天苷积累调节规律。研究表明:红景天苷积累受季节影响显著。在4350m和4500m处,积累变化水平6月底最高,然后至7月底急剧下降,7月底至8月底小幅增长;在4700m处,6月底至7月底维持在最高水平,随后急剧下降。5月底和8月底的2个时间节点上,3个海拔处含量水平趋于一致。建议从获取红景天苷的实际需要出发,红景天的采收时间应选在6月底。 The content of salidroside is determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to study the regulation of salidroside accumulation at different altitude and different growth stages.The study shows that the accumulation of salidroside is significantly affected by the season.At 4350 mand 4500 m,the level of accumulated change is highest at the end of June and then drastically decreases by the end of July,and slightly increases by the end of July to the end of August.At 4700 m,the level of accumulated change remains at the highest level and then drops sharply by the end of June to the end of July.At the end of May and at the end of August,the content levels are consistent at three altitudes.It is recommended that the harvest time of Rhodiolashould be selected at the end of June from the actual needs of salidroside.
