摘要
为探究白薇提取液对新余蜜橘采后青霉病的防治效果,研究不同白薇提取液浓度对新余蜜橘采后青霉病抑制效果,并用50 mg/m L白薇提取液处理带菌的新余蜜橘果实,无菌水作为对照,比较两者对果实可溶性固形物(SSC)、可滴定酸(TA)、VC和丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的影响。结果表明,白薇提取液可有效降低病斑的生长直径,减轻青霉病发病程度;此外,还能延缓果实营养成分的下降和MDA含量的积累,以及提高果实POD、PPO活性,增强果实抗病性。因此,白薇提取液能有效抑制新余蜜橘青霉病的发生。
In order to explore the control effects of Cynanchum atratum extracts on postharvest blue mold in Xinyu tangerine,the restraining effects of Cynanchum atratum extracts with different concentrations on postharvest blue mold in Xinyu tangerine were studied.In the first group,50 mg/m L of Cynanchum atratum extracts was applied to Xinyu tangerine fruits infected by postharvest blue mold,another group( the control) was treated with sterile water.And the soluble solid contend( SSC),the titratable acid content( TA),the vitamin C content( VC),the malondialdehyde( MDA) content and the activities of peroxidase( POD),the polyphenol oxidase( PPO) in these two groups were compared.The results suggested that Cynanchum atratum extracts significantly decreased the incidence of blue mold in Xinyu tangerine,and effectively suppressed the expansion of lesions in vivo.Cynanchum atratum extracts increased the activity of POD,PPO,and disease resistance of Xinyu tangerine fruits.Concurrently,Cynanchum atratum extracts delayed the increase of MDA content.Cynanchum atratum extracts could effectively control postharvest blue mold in Xinyu tangerine.
