辨证施乐联合头面部推拿治疗心脾两虚型不寐患者的效果观察

Clinical Observation on effects of traditional music intervention based on syndrome differentiation combined with face Tuina in treatment of heart-spleen deficiency insomnia

目的探讨辨证施乐联合头面部推拿对心脾两虚型不寐患者的治疗效果。方法心脾两虚型不寐患者60例分为对照组和试验组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗及护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予辨证施乐联合头面部推拿,每天下午1次,15 min/次;5次/周,连续观察4周。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评定干预前后患者睡眠质量。结果 30 d后,试验组总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组总有效率的76.67%(P<0.05)。试验组在入睡时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率和PSQI总评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辨证施乐联合头面部推拿能有效改善心脾两虚型不寐患者的睡眠质量,延长睡眠时间,且无不良反应,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional music intervention based on syndrome differentiation combined with face Tuina in treatment of heart-spleen dsomnia. Methods Totally 60 patients witti heart-sp）leen deficiency insomnia were randomly di-vided into treatment group and control group,witli 30 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional treatment and nursing cae,and the treatment group was given traditional music intervention based on syndrome differentiation combined with face Tuina. The efficacy on sleepquality was evaluated by using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） score. Results The to-tal effective rate was 86.67L in the treatment group and was 76. 67L in the control gra significant difference （P 〈0. 05）. There were significant difference in sleep duration,sleep qual ity,sleep efficiency and overall score of PSQI between two groups （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Traditional music intervention based on syndrome differentiation combined with face Tuina can im-prove sleep quality of heart-spleen deficiency insomnia patients.
